You can delete your ThaiLovely account at any time, directly in the app. Here's how, and what happens to your data.
Delete in the app
- Open ThaiLovely and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings, then Delete Account.
- Tell us why if you like (it's optional), then confirm.
Have a membership? Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel first in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions on Android.
What happens next
- Straight away, your profile, photos and posts disappear from ThaiLovely, you leave other members' matches and chats, and you are signed out on every device.
- For 30 days, you can change your mind: sign in again with the same Apple or Google account and choose to restore it, exactly as it was.
- After 30 days, we delete or anonymise your profile, photos, messages and other personal data.
What we keep
To protect other members and meet the law, we keep a small amount of information after deletion: reports and moderation records involving your account, the one-way fingerprint from identity verification, a record of the sign-in identity used (so a banned person cannot return by deleting and signing up again), and purchase records that tax law requires. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
Can't open the app?
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or tell us how you signed in (Apple or Google) and your display name. We will confirm the account is yours, delete it, and let you know when it's done. We will never ask for your password.
Delete some data, keep your account
You can delete photos, posts and profile details yourself at any time, turn off location in Settings → Privacy, and sign out other devices in Settings → Signed-In Devices. For any other request, email [email protected].
